Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide quality service while processing transactions
• Conduct community outreach and educate potential members about Oportun’s financial services
• Build relationships with local businesses and participate in community events to generate leads
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach activities
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform light housekeeping duties
• Support daily lending and servicing activities to exceed goals

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with strong communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Reliable attendance and ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
