Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide quality in-person service at Oportun store locations
• Process transactions accurately while following company policies and protecting member information
• Conduct community outreach and education at local events, partner locations, and nearby businesses to promote Oportun’s financial services
• Assist potential members with applications and use iPads or QR codes during outreach
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment including light housekeeping duties
• Travel between designated work locations and outreach sites within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with a passion for helping people
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible rotating schedule
• Reliable, predictable attendance to support store operations
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads
