Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service
• Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information
• Work independently or as a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals
• Conduct outreach at Oportun locations, partner sites, and community events to educate potential members and generate leads
• Build relationships with local businesses and promote Oportun’s financial services
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability
• Use computers and iPads for administrative tasks and member servicing
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with strong communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
