Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warm greetings and provide quality in-store service
• Process transactions while following policies and protecting member information
• Conduct community outreach at local businesses, events, and partner locations to educate potential members
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach activities
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment with light housekeeping duties
• Travel between designated work locations and outreach sites within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with a passion for helping people
• Availability to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads
