Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warm greetings and provide quality service
• Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information
• Exceed daily lending and servicing goals independently or as a team
• Conduct outreach at community events, partner locations, and local businesses to educate potential members and generate leads
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment through light housekeeping
• Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality
• Available to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Willing and able to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads
• Ability to organize and file paper documents
