Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warm greetings and provide quality service
• Process transactions while protecting member information and following company policies
• Conduct community outreach and partner location visits to promote Oportun services
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist potential members with applications
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability
• Travel between designated work locations as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality
• Availability to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer and office equipment skills
