Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide quality service in store and through outreach
• Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information
• Conduct community outreach at events, partner locations, and local businesses to educate potential members and generate leads
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach activities
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and perform light housekeeping
• Support daily store operations and team goals in lending and servicing activities

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with a passion for helping people
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible rotating schedule
• Reliable attendance and ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
