Responsibilities

• Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
• Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
• Identify potential members and deliver consultative sales solutions
• Organize and execute community programming and events
• Perform food preparation and cleaning duties to maintain sanitary conditions
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Capability to operate machines and appliances such as printers, dishwashers, and kitchen utensils
• Strong attention to detail and resilience in unpredictable environments
