Responsibilities

• Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
• Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
• Identify potential members through a consultative sales approach
• Organize and execute community programming and events
• Represent Industrious in the local market and connect with the business community

Requirements

• Ability to work in-person on-site 5 days a week in Phoenix or Scottsdale
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Resilience and ability to handle unpredictable challenges
• High energy and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to balance hands-on tasks with big-picture thinking
