Responsibilities
- Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
- Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
- Identify potential members and deliver consultative sales solutions
- Organize and execute community programming and events
- Represent the Industrious brand within the local market
Requirements
- Ability to work in-person on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle diverse member requests with resilience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs
Benefits
- Annual base compensation between $75,000 and $80,000
- Performance-related bonus pay up to $11,000
