Responsibilities

• Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
• Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
• Identify potential members and deliver consultative sales solutions
• Organize and execute community programming and events
• Represent the Industrious brand within the local market

Requirements

• Ability to work in-person on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle diverse member requests with resilience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs

Benefits

• Annual base compensation between $75,000 and $80,000
• Performance-related bonus pay up to $11,000
