Responsibilities

• Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
• Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
• Identify potential members and deliver solutions through a consultative sales approach
• Organize and execute community programming and events
• Maintain work areas in a sanitary condition and follow all safety protocols
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Capability to operate machines and appliances including printers, dishwashers, and kitchen utensils
• Compliance with health and safety regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and resilience in unpredictable environments
