Responsibilities

• Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members
• Manage location details and communications to ensure smooth operations
• Identify potential members and deliver solutions through a consultative sales approach
• Organize and execute community programming and events
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow all safety protocols
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Capability to operate machines and appliances including printers and kitchen utensils
• Compliance with health and safety regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment

Benefits

• Annual base compensation between $65,000 - $75,000
• Performance-related bonus pay up to $11,000
