- Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues related to Base Power's innovative products
- Utilize tools to track, manage, troubleshoot, and prioritize member interactions
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, technical processes
- Clear, empathetic communication skills via phone and writing
- Self-motivated and organized with ability to manage high volumes
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
