About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and their pets to ensure a stress-free visit
  • Manage clinic flow including opening/closing, scheduling appointments, and surgeries
  • Coordinate medical records, consent forms, and reminders for pet parents
  • Act as the first point of contact for in-clinic communications via email and SMS
  • Process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and membership technical support
  • Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service or member experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with technology and quick to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within a veterinary clinic
