About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and their pets to ensure a stress-free visit
- Manage clinic flow including opening/closing, scheduling appointments, and surgeries
- Coordinate medical records, consent forms, and reminders for pet parents
- Act as the first point of contact for in-clinic communications via email and SMS
- Process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and membership technical support
- Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service or member experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology and quick to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a veterinary clinic
