Responsibilities
- Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues related to Base Power's innovative products
- Utilize tools to track, manage, troubleshoot, and prioritize member interactions
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes
- Act as the “voice of the customer”, gathering valuable feedback and insights
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooks
- Support new members during onboarding
Requirements
- Graduation year between 2025-2026
- Empathetic communicator with strong writing skills
- Ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve complex issues
- High attention to detail in communicating and documenting solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy with a knack for mastering new tools and systems
- Team player motivated by the mission
