Responsibilities

  • Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member issues related to Base Power's innovative products
  • Utilize tools to track, manage, troubleshoot, and prioritize member interactions
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes
  • Act as the “voice of the customer”, gathering valuable feedback and insights
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooks
  • Support new members during onboarding

Requirements

  • Graduation year between 2025-2026
  • Empathetic communicator with strong writing skills
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • High attention to detail in communicating and documenting solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy with a knack for mastering new tools and systems
  • Team player motivated by the mission
