Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities
• Manage inventory and order location supplies
• Design unique signage and organize member events
• Onboard new members into systems to ensure a seamless experience
• Assist members with basic IT or wifi issues
• Support local marketing events and conduct office tours for prospective members

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Capable of operating office machines and kitchen appliances
• Ability to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties
• Commitment to maintaining sanitary conditions and following safety protocols
