Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking amenities
• Manage inventory and order location supplies
• Design unique signage and build member events
• Onboard new members into internal systems
• Assist members with basic IT or wifi issues
• Support local marketing events and conduct office tours for prospective members
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Capable of operating appliances including printers, dishwashers, and kitchen utensils
• Ability to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
