Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities
• Manage inventory and order location supplies
• Design unique signage and organize member events
• Onboard new members into internal systems to ensure a seamless experience
• Assist members with basic IT or wifi troubleshooting
• Support local marketing events and conduct office tours for prospective members

Requirements

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Resilience and ability to maintain routine amidst changing needs
• Willingness to handle both front-facing and behind-the-scenes operational tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills for building community and relationships
