Member Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the global implementation and day-to-day management of Salomon’s loyalty program across eCommerce and owned retail channels.
• Contribute to the development of loyalty rewards, exclusive benefits, and member experiences using consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel member journey.
• Support the development and activation of strategic partnerships to create added value for loyalty members.
• Coordinate product testing campaigns and work with Consumer & Market Insights teams to gather feedback.
• Monitor loyalty KPIs, dashboards, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, consumer engagement, or retention.
• Proven experience working in omnichannel Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple international stakeholders.
• Fluent English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with experience using CRM and loyalty ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and other digital performance tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments.
