About the role
Responsibilities

- Advocate for members to ensure concerns are heard and resolved fairly
Requirements

- Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy
- Strong ownership and follow-through skills
- Ability to simplify complex situations
- Ability to work effectively across different teams and roles
