About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, mail) to newly identified members diagnosed with cancer or referred for infusion therapy
- Clearly articulate the value of Lantern's navigation program and address barriers to enrollment
- Achieve and exceed monthly activation targets across assigned client book of business
- Develop and refine member activation playbooks, outreach scripts, and engagement sequences
- Partner with outbound and clinical teams to ensure seamless warm handoffs
- Define and maintain data standards, segmentation frameworks, and audience management practices
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize outreach and tooling
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in member engagement and activation, patient navigation, care coordination, or health plan operations
- Proven track record of meeting outreach and engagement performance targets in a metrics-driven environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high empathy
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise MarTech platforms and CDP platforms
- Experience with member or customer data management, including segmentation and audience building
- Experience working within a health tech startup, digital health company, or value-based care organization
- Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing programs
- Familiarity with healthcare navigation, specialty benefits, or Centers of Excellence ecosystems
- Clinical background or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, CNA, CHW)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data360 experience
- Strong instincts for process design and building scalable systems
