Meister/Betriebsmeister/Teamleiter (m/w/d) Manufacturing Structure Assembly

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to employees within the production team
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth production and operational workflows in coordination with segment management
• Drive the achievement of departmental goals regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and safety
• Implement and continuously develop manufacturing processes using modern methodologies such as Lean Management and Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP)
• Participate in cross-functional projects and take ownership of defined project tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology) or equivalent qualification such as Meister/Techniker
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the aviation industry
• Proven experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of production or manufacturing teams
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• Proficiency in IT systems, specifically ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and standard MS Office applications
