Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control, and monitor administrative and operational processes in your area of operation
• Create, implement, and update service instructions and ensure team compliance
• Lead, motivate, and support employees through targeted training measures
• Conduct regular fixed meetings with client contact persons and management
• Manage personnel and vacation planning efficiently
• Ensure quality management according to QM guidelines and monitor contractually agreed services

Requirements

• Master for Protection and Security (Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit) or a higher qualification
• Experience in the security industry, ideally in a leadership position
• Ability to work independently, structured, and organized
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
