Meewerkstage Damage & Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the damage handling process, acting as a central point of contact for drivers, customers, fleet managers, and repairers
• Complete damage files and assess damage forms
• Process insurance claims and initiate recovery actions towards third parties
• Manage and follow up on the replacement vehicle fleet
• Handle internal mail, invoicing, and the charging of deductibles
• Analyze existing processes and contribute to operational improvements
• Provide high-quality service to customers regarding damage, maintenance, and tires

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an MBO or HBO student
• Background in Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or Automotive
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Proactive, independent, and customer-oriented mindset
