About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with Meetings & Events and group enquiries
- Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts
- Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Conference & Events Operations
- Prepare rooming lists, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event documentation
- Process and update individual reservations
- Handle guest requests by telephone and email
- Identify upselling opportunities and support revenue optimisation
- Participate in hotel site inspections and major events
- Maintain accurate client files, reports and administrative documentation
Requirements
- Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business or a related field
- Available for a minimum internship of 6 months
- Fluent in English
- French or Dutch language skills are a plus
- Customer-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
