Meetings & Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Meetings & Events team and support the Head of Department with training, coaching, and mentoring
• Maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing enquiries and related room reservations
• Maintain frequent and accurate communication with all hotel departments regarding event functions
• Support sales teams in lead generation and business identification through market analysis
• Drive a proactive sales culture to ensure all budgeted revenues are achieved
• Follow up with guests to measure satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the guest experience

Requirements

• Proficient in all Meeting & Events procedures
• Proven track record in a similar role within a high-quality environment
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to think clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
