About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own attendee-to-flight assignments based on role segmentation, including executives, speakers, VIPs, and staff.
  • Build, maintain, and reconcile detailed arrival and departure manifests with high accuracy across all programs.
  • Perform ongoing audits and quality checks to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with registration, housing, transportation, security, and operations teams.
  • Monitor and manage real-time changes such as cancellations, no-shows, and delays by rapidly reassigning attendees.
  • Generate detailed reporting on attendee movement, flight utilization, and manifest accuracy to identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in meetings & events, travel logistics, or attendee management in high-volume environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
  • Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent and various travel tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international airport logistics and travel routing.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive, high-profile attendee information.
