About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute speaker bureau meetings, launches, and trainings for life sciences clients
- Oversee end-to-end program logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, travel, and audiovisual production
- Plan and execute high-quality virtual meetings, managing platform configuration, rehearsals, and technical troubleshooting
- Provide strategic input for budget development and identify operational improvements to drive efficiency
- Maintain client compliance and track accurate attendee spend reports in alignment with Open Payments guidelines
- Review, reconcile, and approve final invoices and pass-through costs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and Meeting Services to ensure program accuracy and timeline adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical hospitality role
- Proven experience planning speaker bureau meetings (live, virtual, or hybrid)
- Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Excellence in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Bureau Platforms and/or Cvent is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation
