Meeting Planner Pharma

Responsibilities

• Support the organization of pharmaceutical client events including congresses, symposia, seminars, training sessions, and product launches
• Assist Senior Project Managers in the end-to-end execution of managed events
• Manage participant logistics including invitations, follow-ups, confirmations, and expense reporting
• Coordinate transport plans in collaboration with the dedicated transport project manager
• Assist with client requests by drafting clear recommendations and budgets via PowerPoint
• Manage suppliers and service providers through research, negotiation, and contract follow-up for hotels, catering, and transfers
• Monitor budgets, invoicing, and reporting using specific internal and client tools

Requirements

• Experience or interest in event management support
• Ability to manage participant logistics and communications
• Strong coordination skills for transport and supplier management
• Proficiency in budget monitoring and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of project managers and back-office staff
