Meeting Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop winning proposals, detailed PowerPoint presentations, and accurate Excel quotations.
• Plan and oversee all aspects of an event from initial conception to final execution, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Provide onsite project management during events to ensure seamless delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize project profitability and coordinate logistics.
• Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions for new destinations, venue sourcing, and innovative logistics solutions.
• Collaborate within a team environment to share best practices and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in event planning.
• Extensive global knowledge of MICE destinations (Incentives and Product Launches).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Amadeus for both group and individual reservations.
• Fluency in English with the ability to write bespoke communications.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with communication agencies.
• Proven ability to present high-level proposals to clients.
