Meeting Planner

Responsibilities

• Process event inquiries for groups ranging from 10 to approximately 250 people
• Conduct location research, create quotes, and negotiate with service providers
• Manage detailed event planning, participant coordination, and on-site execution
• Handle post-event processing and billing
• Provide exceptional service through creative event proposals and budget planning/control
• Manage all project data using specialized meeting management tools

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the event, hotel, or tourism sector
• Native-level German language skills with strong verbal and written expression
• Strong negotiation skills and a confident professional demeanor
• Solid business understanding and effective time management
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with modern software solutions
• Proactive approach to project management and forward-thinking planning

• Good command of the English language
