About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare offers, negotiate prices, and contract terms for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to anticipate their needs
- Deliver spectacular events of all sizes
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the meeting and events department
Requirements
- Previous experience in reactive sales within the hospitality industry
- Experience in organizing conferences and banquets
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Ability to quickly learn and use IT systems
- Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
