Meeting & Events Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting and event sales for the brand-new Radisson RED Kraków team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through engaging and charming communication
• Prepare detailed offers, negotiate pricing, and manage contract terms for clients
• Anticipate guest needs to deliver spectacular events of all sizes
• Work proactively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth departmental operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in reactive sales within the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in organizing conferences and banquets
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Proficiency in using IT systems
• A solution-oriented mindset with a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
