Meeting & Events Organizer

Responsibilities

• Fill the event calendar by proactively seeking and securing bookings
• Anticipate guest needs and execute spectacular events of all sizes
• Act as a goal-oriented organizer to ensure smooth operations in the meetings and events department
• Work proactively within the team to ensure high guest satisfaction and unforgettable experiences

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive "Yes, I can!" attitude
• Very good German and English language skills
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
