Meeting & Events Organizer

Responsibilities

• Fill the event calendar by proactively seeking and securing meeting and event bookings
• Execute spectacular meetings and events of all sizes, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated
• Work proactively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction
• Deliver an experience that exceeds expectations and creates unforgettable moments for guests
• Maintain a goal-oriented approach to drive results and departmental success

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• A positive "Yes I can!" attitude and passion for extraordinary service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar meeting and events or hospitality role is an advantage but not required
