Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the F&B team to ensure smooth service across all outlets, focusing on M&E Operations (Banqueting)
• Manage service for 21 meeting rooms, delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
• Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction
• Assist the team on the floor to ensure all guest needs are met in F&B Outlets
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand standards
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate meeting room preparation and setup according to guest requirements
• Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment
• Propose new ideas to enhance guest experience and operations

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Welcoming attitude and strong team player
• Passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands and local housing in Amsterdam

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in an additional language
