About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down meeting and event rooms according to schedules and floor plans
- Execute events based on established function sheets and run-of-show
- Monitor quality of service, operations, and guest experience
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and work procedures
- Serve and replenish coffee breaks in meeting rooms and foyers
- Assist with buffet-style lunches and dinners for event guests
- Support Food & Beverage operations during banqueting events
Requirements
- Affinity with hospitality, events, and Food & Beverage
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
