About the role
Responsibilities
- Delivering fantastic service to guests across all F&B Outlets, focusing on Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting)
- Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking meeting rooms
- Preparing guest bills and handling payments
- Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
- Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
Requirements
- Welcoming attitude and team player mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Authorization to work in the Netherlands and local housing in Amsterdam
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in an additional language
