About the role

Responsibilities

  • Delivering fantastic service to guests across all F&B Outlets, focusing on Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting)
  • Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking meeting rooms
  • Preparing guest bills and handling payments
  • Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
  • Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations

Requirements

  • Welcoming attitude and team player mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Authorization to work in the Netherlands and local housing in Amsterdam

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in an additional language
