About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute diverse meetings and events to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Proactively anticipate guest needs to deliver spectacular events of all sizes
- Work collaboratively with the Meetings and Events team to ensure smooth department operations
- Maintain a target-driven approach to help fill the hotel's events diary
- Act as a sophisticated host to create memorable moments for all clients
Requirements
- A positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude and a passion for extraordinary service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic events environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
