About the role
Responsibilities
- Coldcall potential Norwegian clients to book meetings with homeowners regarding solar panel installation
- Maintain an average of 80 calls daily
- Engage in high-volume outbound calling to drive meeting conversions
Requirements
- Native level Norwegian (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Basic computer handling skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience in cold calling
