Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects throughout the entire design process
• Produce construction documents and develop BIM models
• Contribute technical competence while maintaining an understanding of architecture and design

Requirements

• Educated building engineer or equivalent
• At least one year of design experience
• Proficient in BIM and Revit
• Interest in architecture, design, and the interplay between technology and form
• Structured, meticulous, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at an architectural firm
• Experience creating room descriptions
• Experience with component descriptions and technical descriptions
• Experience in various design stages, from system documentation to construction documents
