MedTech Device Field Collection Associate

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals weekly to collect surgical, non-invasive, and vascular medical equipment for reprocessing
• Package and ship collected products to the client manufacturing plant
• Document and log daily collection totals accurately
• Notify the local Sales team regarding shipping supply needs
• Work approximately 12-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted driver license
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel (up to 2-3 hours)
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
• Proficiency with basic software and Microsoft operating systems
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing, including meeting specific immunization requirements (MMR, Varicella, TB, Tdap, Hep B, Influenza, and COVID-19)
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, general labor, warehouse, or customer service
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
