Responsibilities

• Implement the national pharmacy strategy within the Munich, Augsburg, and Ingolstadt regions
• Manage and develop key pharmacy partner relationships to build long-term trust
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Dexcom solutions in the pharmacy channel
• Analyze regional market trends and identify opportunities for strategic growth
• Take responsibility for regional performance and ensure the successful execution of sales goals

Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG sectors
• Proven experience or strong interest in the diabetes or medical technology (MedTech) field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an assertive networker
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and driving results
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional territory management
