Responsibilities

• Support medical services during consultations across various specialties
• Coordinate and manage outpatient clinics within the central consultation unit for structured patient flow
• Maintain patient data and appointment calendars using digital KIS systems
• Collaborate with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (Medizinische Fachangestellte)
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Professional communication skills with patients, relatives, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain overview in dynamic environments
• High level of patient orientation and service mindset
• Proficiency in using digital documentation and planning systems
