Responsibilities

• Admission and administration of patients in various outpatient clinics
• Scheduling examinations and consultation appointments
• Coordinating interfaces between the medical team and nursing staff
• Supporting the creation and management of the surgical schedule
• Performing medical examinations such as blood collection, ECG, or vital signs measurement if required
• Secretarial tasks and file management

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, medical assistant, or MFA
• Organizational talent with multitasking abilities
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards patients and colleagues
