Medium-High Voltage BMG Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plan for medium and high voltage equipment.
• Optimize equipment reliability and maintainability by defining maintenance strategies and performing failure analysis.
• Ensure strict application of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
• Manage the performance of direct reports, including conducting annual performance reviews and coaching staff.
• Manage maintenance cost budgets, technical documentation, and the maintenance information system.
• Support the Engineering area with equipment research, assessment, and the startup of new machinery.
• Maintain a visible presence in the mill to foster employee engagement and assess work effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Medium and High Voltage maintenance.
• 8+ years of experience working in a maintenance environment.
• Post-secondary education in Electrical Trade (442a), Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environment safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in High/Medium voltage equipment within an industrial setting.
• Previous experience using SAP PM.
