Medium Caliber Ammunition Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement development strategies for medium-caliber ammunition systems
• Lead design, testing, and qualification activities throughout the development lifecycle
• Manage R&D priorities, departmental resources, and budgets
• Oversee modeling, simulation, and performance optimization processes
• Lead production line definition and industrialization efforts
• Approve technical baselines and manage configuration changes
• Manage test campaigns and qualification activities
• Provide technical presentations and support business development initiatives

Requirements

• 11–15 years of experience in medium-caliber ammunition design with leadership exposure
• Expert-level knowledge of ammunition design
• Advanced CAD and simulation expertise
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• BSc in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field
