About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct both curative and preventive medical activities.
- Evaluate workstations from an ergonomic perspective to ensure safety.
- Design, coordinate, and monitor the monthly application of the annual medical program.
- Create and maintain updated medical records for every employee.
- Ensure the implementation of the Drug and Alcohol testing program required by the SCT.
- Control and evaluate the services provided by accredited third-party providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (must possess professional title and license/cédula).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
