Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient medical care to employees and their beneficiaries.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and therapeutic plans that maintain clinical and cost congruence.
• Prescribe medical treatments in accordance with the established medication catalog.
• Manage minor emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals for serious medical cases.
• Promote preventive health actions and participate in medical prevention campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Health and Wellness Program for patient follow-up.
• Generate statistical reports regarding medical consultations and services provided.
• Issue medical leave certificates in compliance with current regulations.

Requirements

• Professional degree in General Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to formulate diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Expertise in interpreting laboratory and imaging results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of primary and secondary disease prevention methods.
