Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient medical services and urgent care to employees at the Banorte Vasconcelos Corporate Medical Office.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and therapeutic plans while ensuring clinical and cost consistency.
• Prescribe medical treatments in accordance with the established medication catalog.
• Manage minor emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals for serious medical cases.
• Promote preventive health actions and support medical prevention campaigns for the corporate population.
• Coordinate with the Health and Wellness Program for patient follow-up.
• Prepare statistical reports regarding medical consultations and issue medical leave certificates as required by regulations.

Requirements

• Professional degree in General Medicine (Médico General).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to formulate diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Expertise in interpreting laboratory and imaging results.
• Ability to determine when to refer patients to specialists or higher levels of care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
